Good Neighbor was founded to fill a gap in the real estate industry.
A gap that consists of poor communication, headaches, hidden fine-print and overall dissatisfaction.
We experienced this ourselves when we first got into real estate almost a decade ago. After slowly but surely building our own real estate portfolio in and around Austin, we realized there wasn't a property management company we could count on, consistently.
Luckily enough, we had originally built these systems just for our own properties. But after speaking with clients, friends and family, we saw that it wasn't just us.
